2. Accounts

Users must create an account to access the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Build competing analytics products
Reverse engineer the Service

5. No Warranty for Location-Based Decisions

The Service provides analytical estimates and informational insights only.

Users acknowledge that demographic and geographic analytics may contain inaccuracies, modeling assumptions, or incomplete datasets.

HealthDemo.AI should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business, financial, real estate, investment, or site-selection decisions.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Altab Solutions LLC does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data used in the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, analytics models, and report formats are the intellectual property of Altab Solutions LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altab Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses resulting from use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
